Warning Messages

Helloe:
Not sure this is a problem with the site, but thought I'd send it in just in case ... the following mssgs show up at top of data spreadsheet when I opened Recent IFTs/IFT of the Day:

"Warning: fopen(c_user_record_all.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied ..."

Otherwise the page seemed to work fine, I think -- didn't really look at it too long or try to drill down into it.

We did a little security upgrade and it looks like some files had their permissions changed. I hope there are not more hiding.
