Sounds familiar:smile:

In recent years, scientists have discovered the human brain works on predictions, contrary to the previously accepted theory that it reacts to the sensations it picks up from the outside world. Experts say humans’ reactions are in fact the body adjusting to predictions the brain is making based on the state of our body the last time it was in a similar situation.
Researchers pinpoint epicenter of brain

That's really interesting. It makes me ask "What came first, the prediction or the pain"?:D:D

FS

pain comes first. then the learned ability to predict. otherwise there is not sufficient motivation to make a correct call. and more importantly, to follow though with it.

You're probably right burro....guess I was just feeling rhetorical when I wrote that....

All the best tomorrow....I'll be watching from the Lily Pad and looking for a buying opportunity...but like Tom alluded to...you just never know...

k,

Do you trade? If so, what? What system/techniques are you using? ....and how's that working out for you?

Care to post your trades real time?

[Wait for it....:D]

Of course I trade, I dont know why else I would be here. I trade a TSP account, 401k, and an Optionhouse account.

I pay for IT's premium service, which you already knew from tracking us. And because of which, I can not post trades related to small/large cap equities. I used to post some TSP moves prior to paying for premium services, plus almost all my trades were available through the TSP tracker here.

No I do not have a system of my own, nor have I ever tried to make one. I used to track and predict the I Fund fair value, but it became very tedious.

I don't share individual stock funds I track publicly, only in conversation/information exchanges with people I know.

I'm not sure the relevance of any of the questions, but I hope the answers pleased you greatly

I too wonder about the relevancy of certain questions. Anyway, thanks...finally! To be clear, you make no trading calls of your own? All of your trades are based upon a premium service?

Fair enough.

no not all trades are based on premium service... but for all large/small cap equity trades, my trades are at the very least biased by the premium service. I.e. I never initiate a short trade while on a "buy" signal. However I may stay in cash or go to cash sooner. Which wouldn't give away the exact signal dates, it would give away what direction its currently in.

I used to post actual prices for ETF trades real time... but that thread isn't active enough now-a-days. As it is premium only anyway.

I would not recommend a group of people follow my lead anyway. I did fairly well prior to paying for premium services, but I'd chalk it up more to luck than anything else.

whooo! that is one bold move to 100% i fund. balls out dude. wheeee!

you realize the money overlords are just getting started killing the cradle of democracy, right? big money, big nuts.

Sometimes you gotta let'm hang. wheeeee!

Made that move before upgrading my system with 'new technology.' Can't wait to re-run it and see if it still agrees with that move.

Re: Grexit. I don't really worry about news that might or might not happen. I believe that future news, as expected by 'smart' money, is woven into price patterns. We'll see how this theory works out for me going forward.

The Wolf of Wall Tweet
A Bot Made Millions On Wall Street By Reading The Web. It Also Ate This Guy's Lunch.

Quicker than any human seemingly could have done it, someone—or rather something—bought $110,530 worth of cheap options on Altera, a company that makes digital circuits.* Over the next several minutes and until the end of the day, as humans digested Mattioli’s takeover rumor at human speed, Altera’s stock price rose. When all was said and done, those cheap options had resulted in a $2.4 million profit. Speculation immediately centered on the idea that an automated program (a “bot”) had scanned the tweet, interpreted its meaning, and instantly bought those options based on an algorithm. The robot had read the tweet and made a killing on it before anyone knew what was going on.

Bot makes $2.4 million reading the Web: Meet the guy it cost a fortune.
