Unable to Upload Pictures to Post

Normally use Chrome, tried in IE, still can't get a picture to upload to use as an attachment.

I get the pop-up, I can find the file, and I can click on the upload link; however, nothing happens.

I'm not sure what's up with your settings, but your best bet may be to use an image host site like this...

TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

... to upload an image, then use the insert image using the From URL option using the link they give you.

Don't click on the "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" option or else you'll get a thumbnail size.
