TSP Calculator

So, I was finally able to log into the new site yesterday. I have to say that I cannot for the life of me figure out how this is an upgrade over the old site when features and tools available on the old site are missing in action now. One of the things I cannot find is the calculators that allowed us to get estimates of the growth of our account balance. Seems like this would be an essential tool for users to have access to but I can’t find it anywhere on the new site.

Here's something we've had on our site for many years written by a friend of mine that does something similar.

Go here and scroll to the bottom to a program called Financial Futures:

https://www.tsptalk.com/utilities.html

You have to download it to a PC to use it. It's that old.

Thanks, I’ll check this out. In regards to the TSP, it’s mind boggling that they’d remove the planning tools from the site. I was initially excited about this new site but this appears to be more of a downgrade than an upgrade.
