Going 70% S, 30% C fund effective Thursday 7/1.
It's time for the market to put up or I'll shut up. This does not mean the market will go straight up starting tomorrow. It means we are starting the second half of the year and as I have saidall year, the first half of 2004 should be volatile with basically a sidewaystrend, and the gains will come in the second half. Still it may not be this week or next, but only very high overbought levels and possibliy some seasonality plays, will get me to lighten up on my stock holdings, while those three legs of the bull market remain in place (monetary conditions, psychology andvaluation).
