Ah, I understand now. Well, unfortunately, both parties spend as if we had a surplus. So, I associate surplus with the word:I apologize... What I meant to say in plain English but didn't, as I used the word superavit thinking by now it would be in the English Dictionary was:

(superavit, latin term used in Economics worldwide meaning SURPLUS). Anyway, that was an association with the word DEMOCRATS. Please dont' shoot me... but it's the truuuuuuth.....
