Thanksgiving IFT

I want to make an IFT to be effective before Monday morning but not until after the Markets close on Friday. Should I do the IFT anytime after 12:01 pm on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day)?

Since TSP is closed on Thursday, any IFT submitted after 12:01 WEDNESDAY, will be effective COB Friday.
