Thanks to Our Top Posters in 2008!

I second that emotion! Especially, if minus six feet symbolizes pushing up daisies & taking a dirt nap!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you, too Rustynutt, and thanks for the thoughtful "toast".

You're not by any chance related to that other "nutt" here are you?:D

Nope, but he was one of the first to make contact! Lots of nice folks here, and everyone listens to the good or bad. Rustynutt, was fighting a solidly rusted nut one time with a 1/2 drive and cheater bar, it snapped off before submitting to my wish of it loosining. The name stuck.

Yup, dirt nap was what I meant :D It's good to be alive. Tonight the garage is getting emptied, vintage dirt bikes all over the drive way and a years worth of ebay parts in nearly a hundred boxes all about. Rode three before dark, that affirmed my good feelings. A 1979 KLX 250, 1982 KDX 450 and 1983 KDX 250. Would have rode more, but the 1970 ones don't have lights and are scary enough in the day time. It's a great night in the desert, and if I can make it through my bottle of rum, should be surprised with a nice clean garage in the morning with no memory of how it occured!

I hope my future wife can put up with this sort of thing. It's kind of a ritual. What about it ladies, been single so long I hope I'm still malleable!

That planner looks nice, is it too late to send in an address?
Thanks for all the work.
Mike

I just reviewed this thread and actually went to the bottom of the first post and was amazed that I was #98. I never knew a newbie such as myself could be in the top 100. Chock it up to being excited about being a member of the community and burning use/lose leave. Maybe malted adult beverages too.

Tom, I follow Steady Gain's reply, I recently found a 2001 planner that I religigiously used until MLK weekend, then apparently brought it home and never used it again. So thanks but give it to someone who will use it. Thanks to the entire community for everything!

Dave
