I looked into yesterday text message issue this morning and from what I am hearing, the issue was not with our 3rd part service but with the cell carriers themselves yesterday.
“Yesterday, there was a global issue with messages bouncing from T-Mobile US and Verizon US. However, this issue has been resolved as of yesterday”
Sorry for the trouble. I can only hope the problem is truly fixed.
