Someone please remind me of the old saying about "BLOOD IN THE STREETS" - I never thought this kind of loss was in the off'ing ,,,,, (S) Fund will be down -6.16% today.
That adds up to a -8.96% loss MTD. I'm hoping for a bounce off the panic, but ya never know. If she takes another Sheet tomorrow, I might ride out the wave. Since I got
out of the (S) Fund on July 22nd ,,,,, The (S) Fund lost approximately -14.12% ,,,,, Not to be greedy (yuk,yuk,yuk) I'm screaming out of my window "SHOW ME THE MONEY". :nuts:

At 9:30am I looked like a Guru. At 10:00am I looked like an idiot. At 10:45am I looked like a hopeful fool. MORE IMPORTANTLY: Come 4pm, what will I look like. 
For now, I'm happy to see green in the other funds. Hopefully, the (S) Fund won't be far behind and goes green closer to Noon.

It's been 10 days since my last post, much of that was because I couldn't BEAR to watch anymore loses. Then, from out of the blue ----> it started to rain pennies from Heaven ! Now that I'm back in the GREEN on a YTD basis ,,,, my confidence in stocks deminishes by weeks end. Today, I bail to the (G)arage -----> but only by half. The rest ,,,, I divide and conquer. In the end, I hope to squeeze a few more pennies out of this BEAR and head for Dodge. Today, my IFT will look like this ----> 50%(G)20%(C)20%(S)10%(I.) I'd like to say that I didn't bail to the (G) Fund yesterday because I knew that we'd rebound today. Truth be known, I missed the deadline because my meds leave me forgetful.
Today, It looks like I can get back my losses from yesterday. Being the greedy old fart that I am, (If the market doesn't go negative before noon) I'm gonna leave it in another
day to surpass what the (G) Fund would have given me (If I just stayed put). Makes all the gray hairs worth while, right ? Too bad I'm bald ! :nuts:

Squalebear we're all in the same boat! I'm down about 7% month to date and about even YTD.. I'm hoping for a retrace to about 1210-1220 level on S&P before I bail to F or G Fund and try to catch the next downturn next month..
Hi Dutchy, Indeed, were all in the same boat. Only some are paddling in one direction and others are paddling in the opposite direction. Depending on the day, one or the
other direction dominates. We might see (IMHO) a retracement intraday, however, the market struggles to stay above 1200 this very minute. The days end could go either
way as well. Whats a man/woman to do ?
I'm thinking right now that 1100 is a good entry level (just kidding).
I really believe we'll go negative this afternoon and recover from SOME of the losses by 4pm. 
Based on what I see right now, I've decided to escape to the (G) Fund. In fact, I better get going to do it. I hope to talk with you again ! Thanks for coming to my thread ! AUTO TRACKER #155 out of #800 puts me in the top 20% but thats only a C+ on my report card. Yes, this year I've taken some hits. It's quite evident that my deminished research time has plagued me. Yet, I never give up and the year is not over. Considering all factors, I'll take the C+ !
