So if NYSE closes at 13:00 EST... TSP still 12:00?

Wondering if the cutoff for TSP transactions change. Can't find the answer.
Is it still noon eastern?
Haven't made up my mind whether to take advantage of this possible Dubai debacle on the last ITF of the month.

I haven't been able to find anything stating other than a noon TSP cutoff.

One IFT left here too LostDawg. A Black Friday fund special... or cliff edge. Decisions, decisions.

TSP.gov:
"The Thrift Savings Plan will be closed on Thursday, November 26th, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Transactions that would have been processed Thursday night (November 26th) will be processed Friday night (November 27th), at Friday's closing share prices."

NYSE:
The NYSE Trading Floor will close early on Friday, November 27, 2009 (the day after Thanksgiving) and Thursday, December 24, 2009. The Trading Floor will close at 1:00 p.m. Crossing Session order entry will begin at 1:15 p.m. with order executions at 1:30 p.m., and Crossing Session orders will be accepted beginning at 1:00 p.m. for continuous executions until 1:30 p.m. on these dates.

I have one IFT left as well. The only thing that concerns me is the light trading as of late. What I'm getting at is will Monday be a true down day when most of the traders return?

TSP will be open all day, but the DEADLINE is still 12:00 EST as always.

Sorry,. this may seem to be an elementary or a stupid question...

When you do an IFT before Noon ..does that lock in the buy at the closing Fund value for that day and that is where you start at the next day at opening, or does it mean you bought into that Fund at the Opening value of the next day at the opening bell?

Closing fund value that day. They publish the TSP share price around 7 pm. It doesn't matter what the next day's open price is.

Well look at 'em sell out...Be danged if I sell myself short - I will ride it out.

You know Dubai knew this before today. Timed just right wasnt it?

Always the former (fund price at the close of day you made the IFT before noon on). That's what you sold/bought at. Not the following day.
