Silverbird's Account Talk

:suspicious:Oops, missed the tick, I guess my new contribution is 60% C 40% S again. Market looks good, it's just that it's bad strategy to buy on an upturn.

Sorry to interject here but feel it's worth noting.

The year started off terrible - I mean real bad and I just left everything in waiting...and lost quite abit. I finally bailed and decided to wait. The Markets stopped diving and started turning around. But I waited a little longer...then with 2 months of slow progressive growth decided it's time to get back in.

The best time to get in on a Market that took a significant correction is when it has proven stability and a consistent upturn. During this peroid your chance of sustained gains are more guaranteed.

New contributions 100% C cause looks like C at a good price to buy, IFT still 100%G, waiting for end of options x this week.

Wow, those charts look Ugggly. New contributions changed to F yesterday, IFT still in G. Still making around 1% this year. :notrust:

well, I thought all the money was going into commodities, but I just took another peek at the charts and AGG is tanking along with stocks so I have a new thought. ECB is expected to raise rates, which will help the Euro and kill the dollar again. Anybody look at FOREX? I'm thinking the money is going into FOREIGN CURRENCIES....anything but the dollar, stocks and US junk bonds...

Oh, and contributions were going to F/G, but I changed to I fund. I'm buying that stuff up at these bargain prices....

Here goes with the IFT, the bird is not going in for much though:
G 85%
F 5%
S 5%
C 5%
I think I'll catch something before it turns into a knife, but not going to sharpen that edge too much.

CDC can't tell if is it tomatoes, cilantro, jalepeneos or what? Sigh, food inspection just isn't the same as it used to be, catching it after the fact doesn't work well at all.
Salmonella infections top 1,000; peppers now suspected

WASHINGTON (AP) -- More than 1,000 people now are confirmed ill from salmonella initially linked to raw tomatoes, a grim milestone Wednesday that makes this the worst foodborne outbreak in at least a decade. Adding to the confusion, the government is implicating some types of hot peppers, too...

 Sing it: "We're on a road to nowhere, check it and see...."
Just kidding, actually pretty good today after all that flapping.

Pause day? Meatloaf (tomatoes?) for lunch at the Exchanges again? Waiting for 2:00PM again, this is getting silly.:notrust:
