WASHINGTON, July 16 (Reuters) - IndyMac (IDMC.PK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) is under investigation by the FBI for possible fraud involving home loans made to risky borrowers, The Associated Press reported on Wednesday, citing an unnamed law enforcement official.
The report said it was not immediately clear how long the FBI's probe of the bank has been ongoing but the probe is focused on the company and not individuals who ran the thrift institution.

yeah, part of me is saying take 50% of my shares pre-market, but the other half is saying I will not be able to beat my buy-in price. The last gap up in UYG off the BSC capitulation candlestick didn't get filled for almost 3 months. Lots of hypotheticals.... will be watching close. I readujust my stops alot and tend to let the price bounce off the 100 & 200 minute avg on the 5 minute charts when swing trading pro-shares. Usually there some significant bounces (2 or 3) once the 100 crosses the 200 in a convincing manner.

...if we blow by 19.87 high from pre-market and hold that all day, I may throw TA out the window along with a swing trade... I think UYG will close in on $21 high from 7/9 pretty fast... its still a bargain.
