We knew it was coming but it's still hard to read the news of Spaf's passing. His knowledge brought light to a lot of us on the MB, and now through Divine Providence he shares that light with all in the universe.

I remember he named his boat the "Lily Pad". He was one hell of a chopper pilot in Vietnam.

To another brave soul who honored his country, he has been called to active duty once again in a celestial city guarded by angels and he no doubt is one of those guardian angels. To those who knew him and those who don't rest assured he is standing ready as one of those great guardian angels watching over us and still protecting us. RIP my brother your service to our nation is to be commended.
