Sad News - show-me

I, too, figured Show-me was a bit older. He was wise beyond his years. A great example to all of us in grace, humility and just plain decency. Gone, but not forgotten. Semper Fidelis, Marine.

nasa1974 gave me this info, if someone wants to take the lead and let the rest of us know what do to.

ARRANGEMENTS: Ball-Davis Funeral Home in Ewing.

I just called the funeral home. For flowers they recommend a local florist but they don't do FTD. I would guess a major credit card would be accepted.

He was my home state guru. I respected his opinion on the markets, but respected him as a family man much more. He is missed, but never will be forgotten.

Mike, may the Lord bless and keep you till you meet with your family and friends!

Mike (show-me) came across as knowledgeable and wise, so that may be why I always thought of him as being at least 60+ years old. It saddens me to see a long time friend of this community passing at such a young age. I'm glad to hear that Mike got his house in order before moving on. God bless and may you rest in peace, friend.

God bless you Mike! Thanks for sharing your battles! You were a warrior! Took care of your family and really reminded us that every day here is a blessing!

Life is so short. It's a sad day that I hear this news. I read his posts. My best regards to his family and friends.

Rest in Peace Mike. We didn't always see eye to eye, but you always had my respect. Prayers are going out to your family.

I have nothing to say, fortunately that is the best thing I can say.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to say good bye...Jason

very sad news, i liked the guy. shocked he was so young too, actually one of the younger guys on this board. can't ever take life for granted.

I am surprised to see that he was only 44. Too young to go, but he seemed so much wiser so I assumed he was older.

For those who may not know, show-me was one of our first moderators.
I joined 3 Months before he did, called him a Newbie!

Mike and I were two of a kind, always got along and agreed on most everything. I remember when he changed to the current avatar, really cool guy. He was Mr Fix-it, built his own house, the Bees were sick and he found out what was causing it, smart. My best to his family and friends.
Norman.
