Yes but they have massive infrastructure problems that need to be
dealt with. Most all of their pipeline system alone is 40-50 years old
and is crumbling, if they don't start spending money on new ones,
they are going to have one big problem very soon. Only thing is,
they do not have the skilled labor necessary. And all that is just the tip
of the iceberg, demographically, they are losing 700,000 people a year.

I checked the link- it works fine.
Although I always cringe when someone says"Most people". That's a pretty broad statement.
