I'm a newbie to this site, but I've been monitoring the site for awhile and appreciate the insight people have provided. I would appreciate having my moves monitored.

Today before COB, moved 100% to G.
Thanks!

I am sorry but your entry was too late to count for today's COB fund prices. We have a rule that your IFT must be made to your account thread by 12:00 pm EST. You just missed the grace period that I allow for situations such as yours. Please post you IFT by 12:00 pm EST. I will enter your IFT allocation into the Weekly Tracker for tomorrow’s COB fund prices. If you make a change to this fund allocation before 12:00 pm EST tomorrow, I will that new fund allocation.

I'm sorry for getting this on sooo late...but something came up here at work before I could post this...

I went 30G; 35C; 25S, 10I before COB today...

I apologize for the delay!

I am fully aware of your time restriction...and have never been late before...but unfortunately, due to work, I had to leave my computer immediately after I did the IFT...

I understand because I've been there and posted late when something came up during lunch. Work must take precedence over our finances. Some members post early in the morning, or the day before, to avoid that last minute decision.

I am not questioning your word, or integrity. It’s just the rule that we apply to all members. I know you have never been late in your account posts. I am sorry, but I have to count your IFT for tomorrow.

Most of us miss an allocation here and there anyways, so don't worry that much about it. I think most of us on these boards realize that just because your return on the tracker says something, that doesn't mean that is your actual return in real life. It's more of a guage of how everyone is doing plus or minus 2%.

So true, VirginiaBob. Last year I missed +2% because of missed IFTs. This year I missed an IFT, but turned out I saved +1%. It will all even out in the end. :)
