Whatever happens, it is either going to be very good or very bad....MACD has been flatlining..since mid/late April and BBs are constricting...should explode later this week or next week.....oh what does the crystal ball say??
 
Well I'm not a fortune teller - but the R2K will need to advance another 7% to get back to the previous highs of a month ago. If I told you that my oceanic account made +$117K yesterday, you'd say so...just being always prepared for the bullish surprises is all that's needed in a rampaging bull market.
 
Well, I guess BT is getting good prices since all he does is buy...

But what the heck just happened to cause the really ugly 10min down candle???
 
The thing about good prices is that they produce income that will continue to grow long after I'm done growing - I think my daughter will appreciate that more than obama.
 
I hate days off during the week... I end up staring at charts all day screaming at how stupid I am for thinking the R2K would actually go up in 2014... I should have put my money in the SPX, at least its being semi-normal (ok, not today)...

I always stop by your thread as well. I just don't say anything because it would just be commiserating in the negativity. I don't want to turn your thread into a caricature of the movie Airplane where Striker leaves everyone committing suicide when he is through talking to them. :laugh:
 
5 months down for 2014 and I have no gains to show for it (talking outside of TSP)... I still amaze myself and my sheer stupidity...

And I thought 2014 was going to be different...

I hate the BT was right so far... ECB rate reduction makes me think my suspicions about global economy is correct, but the stock markets don't care...
 
Son, the stock market always discounts the future. The market may be looking 12-18 months out from now - you have to learn to think long term with conviction.
