By the way, it is extremely odd that an 'Internal Rate of Return' (the PIP) for a year is so close to the Annual Return. My Annual Return is 14.26%. An IRR is normally a couple of points less. I wonder why...

I thought the same thing, PIP @ 18.6% (AT @ 18.56%)
