Possible New Board for Subscribers

I am looking into buying a second license for an additional message board that can only be accessed within the premium services area. Subscribers can discuss the premium services, ask questions, etc. ..

Maybe a whole new separate website for the premium services would do the trick. It would keep the "vintage" ones from trying to sort through all the mixed messages and the subscribers from wondering if they are releasing privileged information.

Just a thought..

I will discourage subscribing members from discussing any other topics on that board. I will make it very easy for them to pop back over to this board to join in on the day to day market / TSP / retirement, etc. type discussions.

The subscriber board will be very basic with 3 main forums, one for each service. That's it. I may even turn off the private messaging on that board. Whatever it takes to keep this the main board, and the subscriber board very one dimensional.

Look for the changes to take place by November 1.
This is new to me, was on vacation, definately a fine idea and demonstrates your desire to provide our Members with all of the tools available to administer their retirement funds. All Members need a way of discussing their allocations with their peers. When the word gets out we may have many more PFS Members. Keep up the good work.:D

As a paying member of the premium services, I like the idea of a new board. I also like the idea that this will still be the primary place for online discussion.

I agree with having open discussion about differing views concerning why people make their selections and how we can all learn from them; however; (comma, pause for effect) as long as people are utilizing the afore mentioned pay service we can never have the open discussions we had before due to the restrictions.

new board sounds like a good idea...

Grandma -- how about "snookered?" that may work instead of any obscenities  but I may be guilty of a little snookering myself ;)

It would seem to me that if NO one had publically stated they were going to use Any paid system, there would not be this problem. ?? I wondered at the beginning how these individuals were going to handle being able to post their ift & still be part of the Tracker if everyone knew where it came from. I think they just 'obsticaled'* themselves & us.
...'course, I could be wrong -

I don't think this is Ebb's problem - but he & Tom have gotten stuck with it....... Can everyone have a `Round-Robin' Newsletter - operate without having to have a new license??

*created word cuz I couldn't use the word that came to mind -

cuz isn't a word? The idea sounds good Tom.

Re: Site News and Announcements

Thanks Tom- that's good news that we will have a place to talk about the premium service moves and discussions. That is a valuable addition to tsptalk.
even just a single thread within a controlled area would probably suffice for now.

Thanks, and I look forward to it.
