___
AGG, 30-min

  • Low volume trickle up, price recaptures 50% of wave CD, leaving two small gaps below (potential oversold bounce)
2015-03-12 - 03.png

___
SPX, 30-min

  • Prices intersect with 50% of wave AB and trendline 5-6 (great place to look for support)
  • Two small gaps on this timeframe, one underneath at 2021.66 and one overhead at 2082.46, both parallel with the trendlines (confirmation)

___
W4500, 30-min

  • Price busted below 1088, then confirmed 1088 as resistance
  • Price bused below 1077, but failed to provide confirmation,
  • Price bounced off the 5-6 trendline (stronger then SPX)

___
Transports, 30-min

  • Small gap just below (perhaps it will get filled)
  • Price closed at 50% of wave AB, we need to break & close above the descending red channel (tomorrow's a good opportunity)

___
NASDAQ 100, 30-min

  • Price needed to equalize with the other indexes, we're getting closer to fairly valued
  • The gap below trendline 5-6 was beautiful, but I think we might be a bit oversold here

As the dollar has surged over the past 7 days, oil & dollar-weighted large caps have taken the brunt of this hit, and as a result, buyers stepped over into bonds and small caps. Does this story sound familiar? It should, it's the same thing we did with oil & large caps back in Nov/Dec

As for myself, I put "risk on" last Monday and I've never slept better...Jason
