Interesting this sort of stuff comes out in the UK press first. Wonder if our own craven Media will bother to report this.

I get much of my current affairs news from Denninger these days. His most recent update on this is a report he found that says they originated in Germany and were bound for S. Korea. still sounds like smuggling and blackmarket to me.
