Oil Slick Stuff

Don't forget about the dollar falling and demand is low in a Blizzard but some refineries are on partial shutdown in preparation for the driving season.
As I'm sure you are just kidding..but all those reasons are a bunch of hooey...I like a lemming, went out and bought 5 gallons of Gas for the generator yesterday..as you know we were suppose to get hit with a hell of a blizzard..Nothing but a little rain and wind..that's it..so the price of gas should be down then today, by your reasoning..

Price goes up fast, but very very very very very slow going down...

It all comes down to what the Administration wants, and they do NOT want lower prices for Gas. Like mindless Lemmings the American people are letting them get away with their incomprehensible lack of action to support our available resources to help us out of this monetary failure, but of course you know how I feel about that.

Like RMI said; it goes up a hellofa lot faster (and MORE) when crude rises, than it does going down as crude goes down..

So on the way home from work tonight..I noticed my local 7-11 dropped his price to $3.41 WOW! such a frickin deal for E10 ...Seriously..last time oil was this current price of $92./bbl..gas was $3.20...and we are not even getting a courtesy reach around either...:notrust:

The ole Gloom and Doomer never lets us miss the BAD of the oil industry..In some ways I guess we do really need the occasional wake up call..Thanks Jim, keep up the dirty work..

Gas down to $3.36 this morning

I am curious who owned the boat, or more accurately, who was driving the boat... an environmentalist?

Jim, were you driving it?? ;)

Nah, not me.

However, I did notice is was a SAIL boat.

Windpower. that's the future, you know.

Here is a clip that includes pictures of that wellhead spewing oil into the Gulf.

And includes Rachel Maddow talking about the Shell Oil Alaska problems- both rigs sent by Shell to Alaska are now out of commission due to environmental problems.

Shell has really screwed it up in Alaska- and is quitting it's attempt to drill here offshore. There may be criminal charges ahead for Shell.

A sailboat is an example of the future of energy? Really? The Nina, Pinta, and the Santa Maria are examples of future technology? How many sails will it take to power an aircraft carrier?

Nope. My point was that there are people in the US that believe we shouldn't have carriers, or any war ships, or any military, or any freedom...
You're right but the Left thinks we don't need them we can use DRONES instead. Better watch China they have a plan, as always.
