Lenape Resources' lawsuit seeking to overturn New York State’s ban on hydraulic fracturing is likely to be a precedent setting case, said Michael Joy, a partner with the law firm Reed Smith Energy and Natural Resources. However, Lenape has filed the case not to make a point, "but to save another small business in New York from being forced to close down because of oppressive government regulation," Joy said in a statement.

Nothing has happened worldwide to cause an overnight spike of .13 in gas from $2.98 to $3.11...I wish I could get my hands around the throats of those greedy bastards..

Gas down today to $2.87 (E10)
Breaking $3 that's a good sign. I bought some at the cheap station today for $3.06 a gallon but the average is about $3.17 here. Saw some talking head on TV today that predicted oil down to $68 a barrel in 2013.:D
