Oil Slick Stuff

That's why gas was down 10 cents this morning, $3.19/gal. It just amazes me that the gas in storage can change price per gallon on almost a daily basis.
EXACTLY!!!! It's Magic or Witchcraft or something.
Do you know that the price of Oil and Gas drive the price of Oil and Gas HIGHER or LOWER?

I tell you the government really should do something about the price of gas. This morning going into work gas was 3.19/gal. On the way home it was 3.45/gal. There is a BP and a Shell right across from each other and both had the exact same prices this morning and this afternoon. What are the odds that both businesses had their underground tanks filled on the same day. Yeah! Right! We only raise/lower the price at the pump when we fill up the underground tanks.

Nnuut - have you seen a correlation between crude oil futures and home heating oil prices? Just thinking ... good time to buy heating oil?

I don't track or trade Heating Oil.
Really don't know but I imagine it mirrors Gas prices which are driven by Crude Oil prices. There is a big demand when cold weather comes and the opposite for warm weather which is contrary to what happens to gasoline demand. You can get current Heating Oil prices at the link below.
