Oil Slick Stuff

I just filled my car up at Costco, which has the least expensive gas - Unleaded $4.29 - Super - $4.59. Around town you can tack on another .20 to each grade. The price never seems to go down.

Gas here is suddenly up four cents per gallon. Between 1100 and leaving work at 1630. Hell, what's $.8 per tank?

I wish our gas would go up only 4 cents a gallon. I filled up yesterday morning for $3.54 (5:30am). By 10:00am it was $3.65 a gallon. Sometimes it jumps between 20 and 30 cents in a 24-48 hour period.

You will notice the price of Gas goes down much less often than it goes up. QE1 and QE2 have devalued the dollar so much I doubt if Gas will reach the lows it was at in the last downturn, one more QE and we will be stuck where we are at.

Oil trades lower as markets brace for Bernanke

Yea, oil is dropping and Walmart goes from $3.39 to $3.55 trying to get that last bit of profit before it drops too much. Usually the week school starts prices go down because of end of summer. I think all the gas stations are linked now.

Gas here jumped .10 overnight to $3.49...What a bunch of rip offs..Gas is now higher than it was when oil was over $100.00/bbl...WTF!
