Well the "S" dropped below the 20MA and the 200MA, NOT GOOD, but we've been there before. I'm going to wait until tomorrow and possibly go 100% "G", we will see. All Political Crap!Dung_beetle.gif

Got out of the bed at 6:30 EST this morning, had to get that Brisket smoking!!!! Should be done around 7:00 PM, it's a BIG one! This is an old Picture from a few years ago.

I just pulled out a Texas Chocolate sheet cake from oven! A bit too hot for baking, but just had to make it. Here is image from recipe I use. Mine looks the same...same amount of pecans...well actually mine has about a handful more because I always add a little extra because I love them! Super easy...I Like it because recipe has all common kitchen ingredients (if you like baking) and for the buttermilk I usually cheat and stir 1/2 Tablespoon of lemon to each 1/4 cup milk and let it sit a couple minutes to sour up. Happy Independence Day Nnuut! :smile:
