nnuut's Account Talk

Moved from Pa to get away from the snow and slush. I like it when it comes on my terms, and I go and visit it.
nnuut I'm just a little north of you hope that does not mean that I will get more.
loved the pics that poolman had a couple of days ago, glad they were not me out there with a snow blower.:)

No I don't like all that snow, the wife can't wait she likes to make snowmen and such. One day is OK with me, pretty and all but a BLIZZARD, hell no! Yes you should get more than we do, but here only a 30% chance Saturday.

Well Norm, we're supposed to get accumulated snow here in Pcola tomorrow. If you live north of I-10 there's supposed to be about an inch or so.

Al Gore's plane must've flew over the panhandle or something.

I think we did have a white christmas in '93 but I was talking about that slobberknocker that happened I believe in March of '93. We got about two feet of the white stuff at my house. Or so I saw in pictures... I was in Maine... so the measly 6 inches that same storm laid on Maine when it finally reached way up there was nothing because there was already 4 feet on the ground from the winter's accumulation. But the roads were clear up in Maine 'cuz everybody and their cousin has a snowplow on their truck.

Never got that much snow in SC except in the early 1970s I remember about 2' one year. I was working for AT&T as a Telephone Repairman, working out side sucks in bad weather.

Had lots of family work for Ma Bell ... two of them linemen... you guys definitely earned your paychecks when the weather turned nasty.

Yeah I put a wheelbarrow of firewood under the patio. You can't be too careful with those 2 day grits blizzards!
