My Art and Antiques Gallery

They were shooting an ABC / Disney movie in front of our gallery this past weekend, and some of the cast including Tori Spelling came in and did some shopping. I wasn't there when Tori was there, but my wife and son got to meet her.

If you have a Facebook account you can see some of the pictures...

Looks like a great place Tom! From the looks of the pictures, maybe we could get a free cup of coffee? ;)
Bring in your TSP Talk mugs and get a free refill! I don't think that will include beer or wine, however. :D

There's actually a great coffee shop right next door, and I think my wife buys our coffee beans from them.

We don'task for ID - as long as someone is shopping and someone is eating. :)

I just thought it was funny how you wrote it. Sounds like a great thing as I tend to encourage my wife to shop at places that provide a comfortable place to park my carcass :D

Cool I always wanted to go see that place, but now that I'm retired the chances are slim.:suspicious:

Re: imported post

I particularly like Doug Braithwaite and have collected a few of his pieces.
Some of Braithwaite's work...

Look how he captures shadow and light in each piece...

Re: imported post

Real nice! So how does an artist make it into your gallery? My wife is an artist.

Cool stuff! I'd say, send me an email and I'll forward it to my wife. Most of our artists are local (within 100 miles) or they travel here so they can easily deliver their paintings, but I'm sure there are ways of working things out.

Re: imported post

Some weekend talk here. My wife has pretty much taken over our art and antiques gallery over the last few years, and there have been some changes.

Artists & Heirlooms still exists selling art and antiques on the main floor, but on the mezzanine and upper floor is now the "Crowley Wilkerson Fine Art Gallery".

In 2009 we partnered up with another art dealer in our area and have focused on getting quality artists. They really are good. I particularly like Doug Braithwaite and have collected a few of his pieces. My house looks like a gallery these days as I probably have as many painting on my walls as we have in the gallery. :)

Enjoy...

I just looked at your gallery's website. Beautiful paintings. WOW! And when I looked at the list of featured artists, one of them is a cousin. That was fun to see. Is Travis Crowther related?
No relation. Is that your cousin?
