kar crazy's Account Talk

yes it is add on a/c , vintage air , goes under dash and cleans up motor bay , it is a 350 SMALL BLOCK 30 OVER WITH A 400 SMALL BLOCK CRANK , WITH ROLLER ROCKERS , YOU NEED TALL VALVE COVERS , THIS IS WHY IT LOOKS SO MUCH BIGGER, I HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE SAY THATS TOO BIG TO BE A SMALL BLOCK I JUST GRIN :D
Thank you kar_crazy for the info. As a person who used to do motor and transmission swaps on whatever body someone acquired who now isn’t even sure how to open the hood of the current econobox, I appreciate the explanation of the block, bore and crank.

I was going to post reminisces about past projects I have been involved in but decided to take them to my own home. I hope you will check it out and tell me I either don't remember correctly or am FOS.

Good, then please explain to me why the 57 Chevy was so popular. I don't mean why Chevys are popular. I'm ask why that one model year over the others.

It was the hidden gas filler. No the 56 had that.

Must have been either the fins or the 283.

We await confirmation from kar crazy.

The 58 was very cool too but not popular so much. It could have a 348.
