IFT EoB today 20G/40C/40S

I don't normally care to do split allocations, but given the recent change in landscape, I'm setting aside some buying power for next month. It will take some significant maneuvering to dig myself out of this -4.82% hole, but I've come back from worse.

Perhaps I shoulda put more cash on the sidlines...

Oh noes! Avoid HP. - If you must have a windows machine try Dell or Asus. Not sure if Acer is the company it used to be but we are still using an Acer/ XP machine that's going on 8 yrs old as a office/ web computer and its been pestered by Trojans, etc several times but only wiped HDD once and that was years ago.

Dells are reliable machines the customer service stinks but who care if you don't have to call them!!

Hey I got an Acer Aspire IV for Christmas and have no complaints. Also was eligible for the Windows 10 upgrade which installed with no problems.

Whoa, nelly! Not guilty, no sir -- newest OS we have around here is Vista. Honest Native American!!

In fact I do have my sights set on a Win 7 machine in (near?) future. Windows 10 isn't anywhere on my radar screen but even if the install CLAIMS to do all that I would BACKUP my files anyway. ALWAYS backup...Something goes wrong and PFFFTT goes the data. :blink:

Letsee a good ol fashioned pump & dump could land the S&P near 1875 Wed. close? (Higher-Lo) I like the C fund as it had strong volume during last weeks flash rally.

Also take into account the Lion (china) sleeps the rest of this week. While the cats away the mice will play...who cares about noise like stupid jobs #'s and the -Ugh-emploment Rate?? Higher- Lo (if it happens) could take the market to a higher-hi.

Minor objective met, narrowing the performance gap between myself & the S&P 500 by roughly 1%. Not much I can do at this point, I'll need to stick it out and perhaps time the next top...

It's all good, at this price point, I've already absorbed a substantial amount of risk, and believe the majority of news is already priced in, nothing more than pruning off some dead branches...

While the major trend is still down, bottoms have to get created somewhere. In the short-term, we have a minor uptrend on the .25% box scale.

Your in the money today with your 100% C - I probably used my 2-3 lucky timing moves for year and now fear sets in, I'll freeze like Permafrost in the Arctic Circle while everyone else flys to the moon.
