Never mind about that dogpaddle (too aggressive), the pidder patter in the shallow end would be more appropriate. A small bite is better than no bite as they say.

That 20S I'm buying is at a price lower than the previous 20S I sold. That's not a bite, it's share accumulation. :)
 
Maybe it's just me, but it seems like posting traffic on the forum has been dead over the last few weeks. Very little action with people posting and very little movement with threads, an overall lack of involvement, anyone agree?

I agree. Maybe people are tired of speculating since this market seems to be doing whatever it wants without regards to what we think it is supposed to do/going to do.

I am weening myself off the TSPTalk-crack... I couldn't find a inpatient rehab clinic so I am trying it on my own...
 
Weening is a good idea for you upstarts, better hurry while i´m still on vacation, slowpokes.!

Does this mean you won't lock in gains if, based on an over-reaction to AAPL's post-close earnings, the S-fund jumps 4% by noon tomorrow? Just saying...I'd be watching. The world economy does not function on IPADs alone, or does it?

Are you sure? Sure does seem like AAPL has managed to control the markets to date...

I'm not looking for a long-term entry at these levels, so yes I will sell on the way up (as well as buy on the way down.)
