Interfund Transfer 12/30 for 01/03/05

Santa never showed up this year but the chances of seeing a snap back rally later today or next week are getting higher. However,I'm looking out a bit further. The indicators tell me to stay cautious for a few more weeks so, I am making interfund transfer this morning going to 50% G fund, 50% F. This will be effective 1/03 (COB (12/30).

It is simple to imagine TOM's return had he not made this last trade. Not to believe in SANTA is a serious crime. It so happens I entered the market with 25% each in C, S and I at the same time. I try to hold my allocations at least two weeks unless a major catastrophic even occurs. I will unwind some next week with over 2% in profits. Just like TOM says seasonality is good until end of APR and I tend to take a little more risk in those months. My only regret is I should have 100% in stocks instead 75%.
