but I had to register again (3rd time). The only direction I'm not following is the last one (all 3 times). It asks me to select whether I want a text message or voice call for verification when I log in (MFA). I didn't answer because I had already received an email stating it would use a security question for the MFA and that was fine with me because I have to pay for text, and a voice call is a PITA. All 3 times it let me log in using the security question. I hope it sticks this time! :smile:
 
I still have not been successful in setting up a new sign in. I have tried multiple times and it always seems to get hung up in the same place where the website address is something about "onboarding". I've been trying this off and on quite a few times for the last couple of days with no success. Today I even tried to create the new sign on using the Google browser with the same result. The other unsuccessful attempts were using Microsoft Edge. I've even tried multiple times calling in and waiting on hold with no help in sight. At this point all I can say is this is a train wreck that could have (should have) been avoided. Any advice regarding what to do would be appreciated. /s/Feed up
 
I was finally able to successfully log on today. The last things I did was apply an update to Windows 11 that I had not applied yet. Additionally, I cleared the cache and history before the attempt. For God only knows for sure what made the difference, I'm just happy at the moment to be able to log in, check my balance, etc. Thanks for all the help and advice. Hopefully life will be better with our TSP experience once we get beyond this bad transition.
