Does it matter that they are closed. They are only about 20 percent of the I Fund (or am I wrong) and UK will still be trading as well as the rest of the world. If that is so then Japan just wont be figured into the numbers.

Some one with the know please chime in here I'd like to know if this thought process is correct.

According to TSP info as of December 2008, Japan is 25.3% of the EAFE.

If there are prices changes in the market, we are going to have a big FV till Japan catches up.

Japan will be figured in the numbers with a FV.
