I knew it. All I had to do was just think about going 100% I fund, and BAM! 8 cents +FV.

This makes absolutely no sense. I knew the dollar was down a little in the afternoon, but that sell off in the last 1/2 hour should have canceled it.

It looked like a +FV to me. Dollar was down a little after EAFE close. Asia needs to catch up from today's gains.
