I think the number is getting better but more names and comments would be helpful. It takes about 1 Minute to Complete. We should do a breakdown of State by State to see where our support base is. I notice recently South Carolina must be Fed Up and they are really United. What about your State ??? THERE ARE NO IFT LIMITS. Please read the interim rule. If you have been restricted to snail mail, you can still make as many as you want. If you haven't been restricted, you can still make as many as you want. The limits are proposed and aren't in place yet. If you are voluntarily limiting yourself out of fear, you should keep track of the IFT's and gains/losses you WOULD have made, because current law allows DAILY IFT's. FRTIB may try to extend the snail mail restrictions to others, so you might be taking a risk if you make more than 3 in a month.

G. Long stated in interviews that FRTIB has no plans to restrict anyone who hasn't already been restricted (we know they lie). They are focused on the members who made more than three IFT's during October, November and December of last year.

So, assuming that I am on the 'restricted list', you are saying that EVERYONE else in the world can keep transferring to their hearts content, but 489 of us are totally f%^$^ed by an arbitrary system because we did what we are allowed to do BY LAW?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Think about that for a minute....

I wonder how many members would have been in the C Fund, S Fund or I Fund on a week that was the best in 70 years on Wall Street to start a quarter but were locked out or afraid to make a move thanks to the FRTIB. Millions could have been lost. They can not fix that ever there are maybe 4 weeks like that in a year. They must be held accountable. - Keep up the fight - Braveheart
