[FONT=&quot]I'm gong to buy 42.875 Afghan pine trees and grow them for landscaping sales, depreciate my trailer and truck for picking them up, write off the mileage, repair my well, install windbreaks, grade the property and pay unheard of amounts for fertilizer over the next 4 years and sell them at a loss to whom ever buys my house when I retire :D

I can't find it either. I did see one at my work that said that check would be sent out in order of the last two numbers of your SSN. That starting date was July 20 somthing so I think it was a left over from the 2001 rebate. I just checked out IRA.gov and all they have is "starting in May".

I'll pay Uncle Sam about $1300 on 4/15 for a little (ahem) "underwithholding" (ahem) - & then get a check back from him in June or July for $1500.

It all makes perfect sense.

"underwithholding" ROCKS! I withhold just the right amount.

Why give Uncle Sam an interest free loan throughlout the year on MY money???:p

I'll take my interest on my money, thank you very much!

I claim just enough exemptions to even the playing field.;)

No huge tax refund here... I'd rather have the interest on my money throughout the year.
