The majority of illegitimates will never reach college - they'll end up in prison. We need to find a way to stop the welfare incentive to get pregnant and live off entitlements - we could pay the teenage female not to get pregnant - that would end the cycle. The illegitimates are the ruination of public schools - and the rest of society are trying to escape them.

The government stipulates that you can not get welfare if you have a man in the house. These illegitimate births are not by immaculate conception but rather from drive by visits. The government policy needs to be changed. This country is paying a dear price for this type of behavior and it trancends into generations. Mothers who drop out of school are using the backs of their children to survive. The government even provides for these young mothers to take their illegitimates to school and provides on site day care - they think education is the answer. The answer is to pay them not to get pregnant. Call it some kind of social engineering to save the rest of us from all the damage they cause. The big problem is that there is no parental involvement in the lives of these children.

There is a reason that Kansas City closed 26 of its inner city schools. They no longer had the tax basis to pay to keep them open - so sad to face economic reality. Well why did they loose this tax basis. Families that were forced into bussing their children into the inner city dumps to help with racial parity picked up and moved. This liberal social experiment was a failure due primarily to the illegitimates and their damages. Even Obama turned down public education for his kids.
