That may have to do with the chart not updating between those times. It looks like all the funds tracked here on TSPTalk look similar around that time. Odd though..

Agreed. I think it was some kind of glitch. That said, I was eagerly watching the indices, anticipating a move, and then ... <glitch> ... so I'm in for another day, like it or not.

I'll save my conspiracy theories for tomorrow.

I fund index just hit a yearly high. Is the reason a weak dollar or something else? If I had Birchtree's or Jason's fortitude, I would buy some I fund.

Buying high are we? As for me short term, I think the I Fund has already had it's run and there is more potential in S and C. Just my 2 cents worth.

You are forgetting the ECB and Bank of Japan are still in QE mode and will continue to pump for many more months. The Japanese market was up 57% during 2013 and will continue further gains as they fight disinflation. I'm staying with my 20C/80I position for the distant future.
