Everyone has been posting it here already. To be honest, you really don't need to be an expert to predict it with reasonable accuracy, just a simple inspection of the share price history is enough. Looks like it will pay Thursday most likely, with a smaller chance that it could pay Wednesday.

I don't think the 1/8% change will be too disruptive week to week. Tuesday is a good possibility this week. Every 3 weeks it becomes a 50/50 on moving up a day.

I'm showing the penny paying on Tuesday, due to the rate increase, but it's very close. So, there is a slight chance that it'll pay on Wednesday.

With numbers like this heading for the penny Monday, TSP may "fudge it" again (like last week?) and pay the penny today.
