Fire & Ice: Another Paltry Nine Point Gain, Another New High for the Dow
It was another quiet day for the market but the Dow squeaked out enough of a gain to hit in the last day of trading before the one-year anniversary of President Donald J. Trump's election win. The S&P 500 dipped 0.49 point to 2590.64 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average ticked up 8.81 points to 23,557.23. The Nasdaq Composite declined 0.3% to 6767.78.
