Both the Top 50 and the Total Tracker are showing cash levels rising. Here's the charts for the new week:

The Top 50 dropped their total stock allocation by 7% this week to a total allocation of 85.98%.

The Total Tracker shows that we (the herd) are collectively reducing stock exposure. Total exposure this week is down 3.35% to a total stock allocation of just 33.32%.
Our weekly sentiment survey is on yet another buy, but the Seven Sentinels flipped to a sell condition last week. So far, the bears have not been able to take the momentum away from the bulls. It seems as soon as the market appears ready to roll over, another pop to new highs is generated. Will market character carry over into March? It won't be long before we find out.
