FAB1 Account Talk

Boy, I just dont get no respect.

At JTHs thread people wipe their feet at the door and are careful not to offend with frivolous, inane posts and they leave with a grateful tip of the hat.

Here at FAB's place (barn) you guys tromp in with muddy feet, hoop it up throw trash on the floor and leave without so much as a "have a nice day" and those jalopys you call automobiles leave puddles of engine oil all over my drive.

I think Im going to call the Thread Police. :D

We're only as good as our last spot on the tracker. As soon as I'm percieved as stumbling, I'll be thrown out with that pair of Crocs nobody wants to admit they own (but secretly love.) Not sure what happned to you, one day you're neck and neck with me for awhile, and then you went all Birchtree off the reservation...

I had to bring my thread out of mothballs to address a couple of things.

JTH the answer invariably is Greed!

Now secondly I have a bone to pick... there seems to be a bit of "smugness" today concerning this dip... Good Gawd yall, did the Top Ten get there
by sitting in the G fund??? I had no idea the G fund had a YTD gain of 12%-13%. My Bad. Dummy me.

Okay, some of us are trying to play catch up - me for one. I was ready to Exit Stage Right today if you must know. But I wont sell right now at this price.
If you're timing is better than others hooray for you I hope to join you soon then we can all kick the others when their down.

My two cents.

FAB, Not sure about the YTD 12-13% for the G fund. It is only up about 17 cents. Now the S fund is up $1.75 YTD. Good luck.

Well of course not. My sarcasm got lost on you Nasa. The point is the leaders didn't get their gains sitting in the G fund there was a bit of gloating going on and I wasn't able to gloat too!

Actually I did get the sarcasm about the leaders. Being a glorified accountant (some sarcasm here) I focused on the numbers and lost the intent. :embarrest:

Keep it up FAB1, You might just get the TSPTALK's "Sarcastic Member of the Year" award.....:suspicious:

That would be cool. I can't seem to get the awards for best gains.

Tom are you listening?

Actually, my sarcastic statement trumps your sarcastic statement & any entry you put in for the rest of the year!
Warning:
No attempts to create posts in Birch's account will be counted in the voting for the award!:suspicious:

Weakness comes amid ongoing concerns about economic growth after Fed Chairman Bernanke failed to offer encouraging commentary -- the World Bank has cut its economic forecast for 2011, simultaneously making note that growth in Europe remains constrained. Two of Europe's largest economies -- Germany and France -- both reported for April disappointing trade data.-- a weaker euro, which has helped drive the dollar higher. Blah blah blah

They are still shaking the tree to bring down the nuts that are barely still clinging. Message: sell your shares for a loss so we can buy them all up at a discount.

Sorry, Im hanging on to mine - might see the reversal this day, maybe not but its coming.

Good points there FAB1. The slow economy will last longer without over heating and the equity market will resolve higher. The market does discount the future.
