Im going catch up with you Tom.
Im only 8000 some odd posts behind ya!
Now whats the questions on everyones mind, I dont know about everyone but the question on my mind and maybe concerning other around here is whats going to happen next? Is the market just gliding along catching a breather or is it running out of breath and a big dip or correction is eminent?
I remember the times it looked like nothing could hold the momentum down and buy, buy, buy was in the air and then a falter here and there, a saggy lackluster day, a small rally and then - BOOM!!
And it always catches you off guard and you say well Im in might as well ride it out - let me say here, DO ride it out if you get caught in the correction because when the recovery comes you dont want to be out of the market. Nothing is worse than losing 5-6% (or more) then panicking and moving all to G and missing the 5-6% recovery.
I dont have a bunch of charts to show you, sorry but I just felt like sharing this not because I have a gut feeling a dip is coming, just because we all know a dip/correction will come sooner or later. Dont get caught in the roller coaster ride if your strategy is buy Low and Sell High - but only you can decide when its time to play it safe!
