Exnavyew's Account Talk

IMHO, The Chinese are implementing BAD MARKET POLICY. Pay me now or pay me later but someone is going to pay for screwing with the natural order.....It's going to be an interesting 6 months.

Yes... And then gotta wonder what's going to happen when they let their stockholders sell... I hope we get a heads up on that!

Chinese stock market vaguely reminds me of the 2008 real estate crash here based on 'derivatives' for some reason. Too much overvalued speculation (manipulation?) and not 'true investments' in quality stocks/companies.

Your analogy is right on according to several analysts EXN. But if they are going to price fix, I hope their Gov't can contain the damage for a while. It will be interesting to see if they start selling default bonds on their margined stocks. . All this drama just kicks the Shanghai can down the road until Xmas.... but sooner or later, someone will have to pay the piper. Note to Self: Buy GOLD in mid-October and get out of the stock market.

You might wanna make that Sept. (remember last Oct selloff?). Get the feeling that the market has a long memory about Oct/1929 - and is skittish with stocks currently overvalued generally.
Pre-markets are down a bit, hope Monday is 'flat' at worst. No big losses!

I-fund has been strong lately. Doubly so cuz the dollar has been up as well.
Hat tips to anyone getting into the I-fund around July 8th! :35:
