Not trying to encourage anyone in either direction, but back in 2018 (see post 4022 at page 336), when we had large drop in December, the bottom did not happen until after Christmas. Santa was late that year.

There was heavy buying in last 10 minutes of the day, to get back the drop that happened later in the day.

All my Indicators are positive. With 2 moves left, I might hang in there anyway. :dunno:
 
Hi Epic, I am in G fund with no IFTs to get back in.

Historically, the week after Christmas is bullish into the first few days in January, so while it could pull back some, I think next week will be good. My only concern would be the low volume, but that is likely because many traders are on holiday. If I were in equities I would not get out. The charts look good... Both the S fund and C fund look very good! :banana:

Sorry, I could have sworn you were in. I follow your thread pretty close, and thought you were 75% invested and 25% in G. I must have missed something. =(
Anyway, the only thing that caught my eye was that all three funds (C, S, I) ended the day with a small but definitive down move. That to me would mean under normal circumstances, the next trading day will either be flat or negative, but with the Holidays, extended weekend, and everything else that's going on, who knows. :dunno:
I bit the bullett and stayed in. We'll see how that works out next week.
 
No problem...I limped out on the 14th with a tiny gain. eeeee... So today, definitely agree with you. The last half hour saw a good rise only to be erased in the last 5 minutes. Definitely not what you want to see and C fund had lots of sellers in the last 5 minutes, but still a nice daily gain! :smile: hummmm....will see what happens Friday.
