Looking at the weekly closes, I have to say I think we're ultimately headed down for a few more weeks-relative to a month ago, and will close below 1040 on the weekly next week, based on DeMark indicator indications, which are predictive system. I'll bring a couple cases of really good microbrew to Malyla's party next week if I'm wrong.

For someone who's only done 4 IFTs this year I'd say you're doing rather well, so give yourself a pat on the back from me. :) What's worse is when someone gets themselves in a hole, then tries to IFT themselves out of it. You seem to be content to let it ride when needed, and that's a good trait to have under the TSP system.
 
dang, looks like i IFT'd myself right out of a decent gain today, hate it when me outsmarts me like that.

and i was just getting comfortable in them sticky pants too.
 
That's what emotion does. But don't worry I'll take what you left behind. Look at it this way - when you see a gorgeous married woman you know it ain't you but she has somebody that is.
 
Days not over. We haven't had a 3:30pm sell off in a few days now. Ever wonder why a lot of those inverse mutual funds have a 3pm cut off............;)

well jeez i could have used that kind of encouragement before noon yesterday.

what do you guys think for next week? big boys come in and pound it down so they can hop on board a little cheaper, or just straight to the moon?

get back in as soon as i can? or wait a week or two and let it play itself out?
 
You are in a state of delirium or is it a dilemma - either way a difficult decision. I believe we continue to move higher - the hedge boys have a lot of buying to do inorder to play catch up - they've been under invested for four months. The bull market lives and now is the time to load up the rail cars and ride. I'm looking for #4 Contrarian Jeff to seize the tracker lead next week.
