Watching the people laugh and chant while waving American flags was moving in a simplistic way. The last time I saw such ferver was when the Iranians & Iraqis celebrated 911 (oh and the flags were burning then)... have we searched 10 years only to lower ourselves to their level of Patriotism? Having lived outside the U.S. for many years and experianced the threat of terrorism on a daily basis for extended periods of time... worring about family stationed there with you... I cannot say that we have done our Sons and Daughters a favor in flaunting a Chess like political move... The deed should have been done, the body quietly disposed of, and life for the unknowing would have been undistrubed and less threatened... ask Jimmy Hoffa. With no body or public verification he is still alive in the hearts of his followers. Know them as the new enemy with a Martyr... More dangerious and with a vengeful heart. If he were alive and in custody and without the celebration of death, I think we would have been better understood. And yes, I did spend time in the Middle East among it's people. I was accepted as a Christian there, as a believer of "the One God", but we do not show the same respect in our beliefs. What's done is done.. Stay alert and move forward.

My wife was reading some of the British rags that are saying that he got blown in by the youngest of his wives while she was elsewhere. Possibly jealous of some other darling he had staying there.
