You have to ask some questions at this point.

Where is the body? Really? Like hitlers?

When will the attack come? How soon? You know if they had anything in the works, it just got bumped ahead of schedule.

What does all this mean for us? Tsp?

Bin Laden death could boost markets short-term

By Adam Shell, USA TODAY

Updated 28m ago |

The killing of Osama bin Laden, the mastermind of the 9/11 terror attacks that hit at the heart of the U.S. financial district, killed thousands and shut down the New York Stock Exchange for four days, is likely to provide a short-term psychological boost to financial markets and a Wall Street community still mourning over the losses suffered that day.

Adds Paul Hickey, founder of Bespoke Investment Group: "It's great for the country and our psyche. It will provide a boost just like it did when we caught (Iraqi president) Saddam Hussein, because it's a victory against our number one enemy, but ultimately life goes on and the markets will focus on business."

"I am a person who loves death," the inspiration of the 9/11 attacks reportedly said. "If I am to die, I would like to be killed by the bullet."

WISH GRANTED!

Bull. There is nothing on CNN stating that interrogations by the Bush/Cheney ilk had anything to do with the intel.

I call bull.

I've seen a couple print reports that 'detainees' were the original source of information that led us to the courier, that led to bin Laden.

I'm guessing we didn't detain them to have tea.

Intelligence officials had been conducting lengthy reconnaissance work prior to receiving their key tip in August. According to senior administration officials, suspected terrorists in custody since 9/11 — including the attack’s mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed — identified a courier who had a close relationship with bin Laden.

“This man was one of the few al Qaeda couriers trusted by bin Laden,” one senior administration official said. “They indicated he might be living with and protecting bin Laden. But for years we were unable to identify his true name or his location. Four years ago we uncovered his identity… About two years ago, after months of persistent effort, we identified areas of Pakistan where the courier and his brother operated. Still, we were unable to pinpoint exactly where they lived due to extensive operational security on their part. The fact that they were

Cheney said the reports prove that two top al Qaeda suspects, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Zubayda, "were uncooperative at first."
But "the application of enhanced interrogation techniques, specifically waterboarding -- especially in the case of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed -- is what really persuaded him he needed to cooperate," Cheney said

You have connected a dot that is totally unrelated. That CNN story is from Aug 2009, and has nothing to do with it.

Here you go. Can't get more clear than this..

The interrogation of detainees during the Presidency of George W. Bush identified a protege of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed who was trusted by Osama bin Laden. Last year, U.S. intelligence agents spotted the man in Pakistan.

Ok- fine. Sure. There you go. If it wasn't for the war criminal's actions (Cheney) that the Navy Seals never would have found em.

Sure.

Whatever you want to believe, you go right ahead.

And, while you are at it, why don't you check the photoshop on that birth certificate. There are "people that have college degrees in photoshop" that are studying it, you know.

Do you think a little bird told us where bin Laden was?
